Sunset Pearl
Ingredients
SAGO PEARLS
- 1 oz Sago
- 2 oz Sugar
- 3 oz Coconut Milk
- 20 oz Water
SMOOTHIE
- 12 oz. PINEHILL Grapefruit Juice
- 2 oz. PINEHILL Orange Pineapple Banana Juice
- 2 oz. PINEHILL Fruit Punch
- 2 oz. FRUTEE Ginger Ale
- 1/4 Banana
- 1/4 cup of fresh Pineapple
- 1/2 oz. Grenadine Syrup
Directions
SAGO PEARLS
- Cook the Sago.
- Add salt to taste.
SMOOTHIE
- Blend with ice the juices, Ginger Ale, banana, pineapple, and grenadine syrup until smooth.
- Pour into a Poco-Grande cocktail glass lined with an orange slice and with Sago Pearls at the bottom of the glass.
- Garnish with a slice of watermelon.
