Our Environmental Impact

Although our PINEHILL facility utilizes water, electricity and fossil fuels in day-to-day operations, we ensure that the use of the various resources is reasonable and we aim to decrease our usage.

Our plant was retrofitted with a photovoltaic system which uses sunlight to produce electricity without generating harmful pollutants into the environment. The system significantly reduces our need for energy produced via fossil fuels and reduces Carbon Dioxide emissions. This is however only one contribution that PINEHILL has made to the environment as we have made adjustments to our production planning and maximized efficiency while reducing the usage of water and fuel.
